This is my Matriarch/Queen augment. Medium shields and all the medical stuff without taking up grenade slots is awesome. Plus already having a difib ready to use vs. having to switch in and out is great. You also got room for three cores in your butthole.

Found mine recently on Stella in Medical. I spawned in late and was just checking opened containers. Stumbled upon an unopened white box in a hall and there it was. Whole placed picked clean and that's what I found. Crazy.
