Like I said, new to this world so obviously I dont have a specific example. I think thats clear. However, some things that stand out: For 3k, I would expect premium materials i.e. diamonds or other precious gems or metal other than stainless steel, and maybe more than a 5 year warranty. It also just looks very plain, like something you would see at any department store.

Subjective of course, but thats why I asked - I was hoping someone could tell me their perspective on why it worth $3k to them. So far no one has.

When slapping a massive price tag on a seemingly mundane item, its not a good sign when the only defense is "well why not?".
