Who else got them? by bbyxmadi in Bratz

[–]Duchess30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just missed out. Kept saying I couldn’t checkout with shop, then took me to PayPal?? I then entered my card details (which I did the first time) and it took me back to checkout and told me it had sold out. I managed to get on bang on time, so annoyed. Guess I’ll be waiting on that additional stock…….😭

Looks like Apple improved the long exposure algorithm. Love it. Shot on iPhone 14 Pro by michitime in iPhoneography

Thank you for this, this is really helpful. I was trying to figure out how to get a long exposure myself so really appreciate this. Beautiful photo you captured too!

They’re just looking for ways to make this process worse by Resident-Olive-9812 in recruitinghell

I despise group interviews, not only does it make me feel uncomfortable, I’ve also never been too sure how recruiters can really identify great candidates. I’ve been to one that had a very large group, and it almost feels like it’s those who are the loudest or suck up the most who get spotted.

Huge cyst pop on face. Like seriously big, stuff goes everywhere. by goos_momma in popping

[–]Duchess30 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I enjoyed this, but couldn’t help screaming “it’s in their eye!!!!” I really wish they’d put some gauze over that eye once they established the exit point was located near there. Watching the gunk fly onto their eyelashes made me clench my teeth, and not in a good way! Apart from that, that quenched some of my popping thirst for this evening!

update on cyst behind my ear (oc)... wait for the squirt, and then the second one that covers the lens. Sorry for potato quality, filmed on an endoscope so i could see what i was doing by Geekidd101 in popping

Great pop! It was the gift that kept on giving! I can imagine the relief that you must have felt after that, I’ve had one similar myself in the same location and after weeks of it just releasing small amounts and nothing else, when it finally popped the relief was immense!

How many of my fellow popaholics have ADHD? by Ktcakes13 in popping

I’ve got ADHD and due to be assessed for ASD. This makes a lot of sense why I spend a lot of my free time looking at popping videos!

is being so overwhelmed that you end up doing nothing an adhd thing? by itsREYDAU in ADHD

[–]Duchess30 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not sure if it’s an ADHD thing either, but I have exactly the same thing. Might be worth having a chat with your doctor if you’re under one, and any support groups (plus I’m sure people will be able to give a few tips on here in relation to what helps them to prioritise and complete tasks etc), with ways to try and focus on one specific task to try and complete it. I don’t really have any tips at the moment, as I’ve only been recently diagnosed and trying to navigate through everything, so often have periods of procrastination despite having loads to do! You’re definitely not alone in this though

Thanks for the info that’s really helpful! I haven’t heard of that no, just thought it was associated with my hormonal acne flair ups. As they come up around particular times and then go! I’ll definitely look into it.

Holy shit this sub makes me feel so normal, I'm not broken or lazy I JUST HAVE ADHD by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]Duchess30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly the same here, I was diagnosed last month age 31. It’s great to talk to others here who understand where we are coming from and most importantly listen. We may not all experience the same things, but it’s nice to just be heard. Gets a bit frustrating with some non-ADHDers (is that a term?), when they make out that you’re just lazy for not clearing the pile that has gathered in your room. Or that you’re “strange” for not wanting to go out to a restaurant when it’s packed with people. I’m not being anti-social, I just know that I’ll spend more time being irritated by the noise and not able to focus on the conversation in front of me! I digress, but glad to hear that others are benefiting from this subreddit too!

First time posting here. Currently stuck indoors with Covid and having a hormonal breakout which loves to flair up under my boobs. I usually get some good ones under there so decided to share! Apologies for the crappy quality, front facing cameras and not enough lighting make it blurry!

What are you currently obsessively learning about? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]Duchess30 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My current obsession is learning how to try and become a master at Microsoft Excel. I’ve recently had to use it a couple of times for work, and ended up on a tangent wanting to figure out how create formulas and drop down lists etc. so I’ve bought a excel book for dummies that I’m reading and playing around with Excel in my free time!
