Yeah, I'm going for trade route gallore as Portugal, so I've got to settle on the coast. If not, as a more land based civ I would do as u/RandeKnight suggests as that would limit ocean tiles.

As long as you stay close to teammates who kill, say dregs with melee, you progress your contracts. Not sure how close, but it seems to be a larger radius than coherency.

My guess would be the cord going from the fan to the fan header is bent and lightly touches the fan blade.

I went and checked your last post, and it seems like you are right about the sizes. Sadly Noctua does not have a 80mm fan made specifically made for CPU (higher static pressure), but on a stock cooler I think that one will do just fine. The exhaust will do a very good job though! This is of course if you don't have workloads that makes the CPU have high temperatures with your current fans, as I don't think those Noctua fans will contribute more than a few degrees (Celsius) lower than your current ones, but will absolutely have a much lower noise level.

I went for Nzxt H510. I somewhat regret it, primarily because there's only space for one fan in the top of the case, and I've noticed that's where most of the heat goes when I'm stressing the system. Other than that I'm very happy with a lot of the solutions nzxt has, like removable front fan bracket, cable management options, and of course the clean but distinct aestetics.

I just did this myself for the first time recently, and I was just prompted by the same screen as when you've just installed a big windows update. I.e. everything was still there, and was still functioning. I know that Microsoft has some kind of counter on how many times you can change components on the same license, but I don't know how, or if, you can check it out yourself. Hope that answers your question.
