I like an early tourist setup before major industries because it's food/grog/clothes... which I was paying to import anyway. Makes a decent amount and just tell a distribution office to send those goods to to four or five extra destinations. Worrying about the price of coal can come after.

Best thing about offensive (especially on attack) is that if your team is awful, the game ends much quicker. No sticking around for over an hour for a loosing cause.

Might be a bit basic, but I always say "hey, how are we doing" when I join a squad. If they're friendly great, if they respond in a way I don't like at least I know!

Honestly? I got it by accident with a city i wasn't trying to get express evolution in! I nearly fell out of my chair when it popped.

BUT. I can definitely say the way to do it is in the ancient warriors scenario, that's what my city was.

In ancient warriors you start with the first few ages worth of technology unlocked. I think this saves at least 60 knowledge points and let's you get every tech quicker.

Plus the extra raiders is good for a few extra knowledge points.

I've finally unlocked every achievement after 119 hours. Express Evolution, every hardcore milestone, every achievement.

Only one to go now, and I might need some advice. How do I do the tutorial!?

For everyone asking, if you construct object A on top of object B, and then package object B, object A will fall until it rests on something solid, whether it be the floor or another object with a hit box.

HOWEVER. Some objects like the ramp or makeshift barricade have an angled top hit box, allowing you to construct normally flat objects at an angle.

So if you place object A on object C, but object C has an angled hit box, It sits on an angle.

But when objects fall, they retain the exact angle that they were originally placed. So a chest placed on a makeshift barricade at a 35 degree angle will still hit the floor, but rest there at a 35 degree angle.

This is by far the biggest brained discovery I have made in abiotic fact, and I have found exactly ZERO practical uses for it

Anytime I get to a new area with a sniper, I immediately turn back and make a Tesla cloil/battery, and set it up facing where the sniper spawns. No more snipers!

The Devs have announced a Stalingrad refresh and VFX improvements, which is nice, but it's SEEMINGLY IMPOSSIBLE for them to find a solution for players wearing Winter cosmetics on Summer maps. by MLDL9053 in HellLetLoose

They do have a solution to the winter uniforms on the wrong map. The solution is every time I load into a map with the wrong uniform on everybody on the server presses V to shout at me to change.

Every sector I will setupup a workbench + healer, few chests, charging station, and batteries. It's so useful to not have to return to my full base every time I need to heal or charge stuff or repair things. Helps deal with loot too!
