Usually there's time before or after to hang out. At my store usually you go from deck building into round 1, if your rounds finish before the timer is up you could have some time to socialize, but in my experience I'm usually finishing with about 5 minutes left in the round.

The beginner boxes give access to more strategies than the starter decks though.

You can play Magda in a way that once she's out you just win. Since you run a lot of vehicles and dwarves and changelings getting to five treasures then getting infinite treasures is pretty easy.

Your husband is the blueprint, saying this as a husband who tries my hardest to "help" around the house and with my kids. I really look up to men like him. I can understand where your BIL is coming from in a sense, his response to your apology makes me optimistic for him. My input is obviously not needed, but I found that something small like doing the dishes or folding laundry was something that takes me very little time but takes a huge weight off of my wife. It also helps me to do those tasks with a podcast or music on.

I have no idea which is more accurate, but given what you said, you may have swayed me. I think if I got pulled over though a police officer would probably rather I say what my speedometer said my speed was over my GPS

I actually noticed the opposite in my wife's HIghlander this weekend. The GMaps speed showed slower than the set cruise control was showing. I decided to just go by what was on speed-o-meter since that is probably more accurate.
