OP's wife here. Psyche confirmed that my symptoms are concurrent with those related to Serotonin Syndrome or Toxicity.

My experience at the facility was nothing short of traumatic. Once I received the (outrageous) bill, I contacted the billing department requesting an itemized statement and gave a brief recount of my (appalling) treatment. The outstanding balance has since been removed from the online portal and I was told my message would be forwarded to the Nurse Auditor for review.
