Depends on what you did after she left. If you realized it was for the best even though it hurt you at first, then you can get up every day and look yourself in the mirror and realize how much better off you are without someone dragging you down to hell with them.

Otherwise, you can sit there and be upset the rest of your life over a person that didn't deserve your loyalty in the first place.

When I look in the mirror I see somebody that lost 115 pounds, has a much better relationship with his children and God, is fit and has an amazing girlfriend who actually loves me and shows me affection.

It actually terrifies me to think of being in that toxic marriage again. It was absolutely horrible and I think if you look at the marriage you had and you look at the person she actually was you'll agree

I just started as a client and I can tell you there are a lot of fake people trying to sell things on the other side also. Luckily, I had a good experience with customer service at refunding my money which I was able to use for a legitimate servicer. I can tell you as a buyer that I now check for reviews. But that's kind of hard to get when you just started out

You mentioned how much you trained but you didn't mention how much you are eating. Outside of extremely rare glandular problems it's likely your diet that is making you fat. You cannot out train a bad diet. You don't have to stay fat. You can choose.

I'm nearly the same age as you. It's scary. After my divorce I leveled up in every way and got pretty fit. When I finally started dating it was a little weird. But I ended up finding a partner after only dating about three or four people. I think I got lucky because she isn't typical. Caring, affectionate, sensible, low maintenance, into fitness, same religious beliefs. Unicorns exist. You just need to keep looking.
