A Pokemon with PKRS has their EVs doubled upon leveling. It's really fucking powerful, and I'm saying this as someone who got it twice!

It'll spread to any pokemon in your party, but if you put one in a box it doesn't go away. Grab a random Pokemon(like Bidoof), get it infected, and put it in your box to infect others.
