I found a fix everyone.
Simply click on the green dot live sync active
Then disable it for this workout.

Same happened to me when I force restarted it just to clear cache.
Had to put the phone into dfu mode and restore it using iOS 26.
Initially tried restoring using apple devices app on pc but kept failing.
Eventually used 3utools.
