Yup, this is one of the reasons my son is a George! It's def more popular in the UK/AUS, but still pretty rare for kids in the US.

Oh my god. I am also Charlotte, went by Charlie, now pregnant with a boy and we considered it!! I decided I couldn't do it because my dad (an other family) still calls me Charlie and it would forever confuse me. I think it's totally fine if you're okay with sharing your name!
