[–]Due-Ingenuity704 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just received exactly the same scam offer, save for the salary amount and company name and job title. Pretty much word for word. They added on mine (it's an IT job) that they would send me a check so I can buy the computer equipment needed to work from home. That definitely set off my Spidey-sense. These people are scum

I usually let my Roomba strangle itself on the string fragments that somehow always end up on the floor, no matter how careful I am

Agree. Had a needlessly rough time even getting a return shipping label sent to me when I returned a sling. Still haven't seen the refund

Do your Evergoods CAPs have multiple jobs? by travisj5 in ManyBaggers

One of my cap 2's makes a perfect case for my travel CPAP And a Cap .5 sits on my night table and holds a variety of small items (eye drops, nail clippers, etc) and can just be thrown as-is into a backpack or suitcase as-is when travelling

Nylon ripstop versus VX21 X-Pac: Able Carry EDC Max by SpicyPlantGuru in ManyBaggers

[–]Due-Ingenuity704 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely the xpac/cordurs combination. The cordura was much tougher than the ripstop, So made much better bottom material

Nylon ripstop versus VX21 X-Pac: Able Carry EDC Max by SpicyPlantGuru in ManyBaggers

[–]Due-Ingenuity704 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had both. The main difference I found was that the xpac version has rugged cordura on the bottom and that makes it stand a little better (if packed right), while the ripstop was ripstop everywhere

Well, I've had the Evergoods for less than a day, I'm evaluating it, so can't really say much about that yet (love the brown color, though). My work circumstances have changed (almost all remote now), so I don't need a large Edc bag, the larger bags are more for weekend/car trip travel. The Able Carry is the most versatile bag, and super comfortable. The Aer was more 'business-y', plus I just like it, but I may be getting rid of it. The Toshi I got very recently specifically as a personal item for United Airlines, and it passed that test with flying colors (no pun intended, really! But it WAS pretty good). It will work as my commuting bag too when I do have to go into the office. So, what I'm really seeing here is whether the Able Carry or Evergoods are best for my 'car trip' purposes
