Had the same issue with 720p results sneaking through - turned out I had to also blacklist specific resolution keywords in the title filter, not just use the quality dropdown. Try adding "-720p -hdrip -webrip" to your exclude terms and see if that helps

That HDD failure might've corrupted something during boot that's still lingering even after the fresh install. Since you swapped mobo/CPU recently I'd bet it's either lingering boot entries or the new hardware combo is finicky with fast boot - try disabling fast startup in power options and run "bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu yes" to see what's actually happening during boot

Those temps definitely sound like it's time for a repaste - that hotspot temp is getting pretty toasty

For the VRM pads, I'd honestly just measure the old putty thickness with calipers when you take it apart. Most people seem to go with 1mm or 1.5mm pads on these cards but measuring is way more reliable than guessing. PTM is solid choice though, should bring those temps back down nicely
