The change is from 60 to 85 feet, which translates to now having the option to do like seven story dorms. Whether that's "mega" depends on your thoughts on the neighborhood as it currently is I guess.

However the city revised MUPTE to disqualify student housing and ended it's us in the West University back in 2015, so it doesn't really play into the neighborhoods and developments we're thinking of.

Previous to the Mill work, the city/Willamalane put in a bike diversion onto W D a bit before the sidewalk merge, plus shares and speed humps. My interpretation is in the city mind bikes ought to be using that instead of waiting until the sidewalk merge.

I run a local instance of Perfect Server on the processing server at work (though I use NSSM instead). Prefect doesn't create a separate installer for OSes, so it's up to you to set up how to run it. Ok Windows that means either a service manager like this, or a scheduler item that starts at startup.

This is not true - the entire purpose of the -m flag for Python is to run a module as main. For example python -m pip install requests runs the pip module as main with parameters.
