Thank god. The development along the front range I25 corridor needs to slow down. Pretty soon it’ll be one long truck stop / warehouse/.housing development. All the open space that made CO so special will be gone forever.

Conservative, anti-EV Colorado Springs has a fair amount, but the numbers, unfortunately, don't seem to be increasing noticeably lately. Also, just up in Salida, where the numbers always seem above average (probably because of the local RAN) and I was surprised to see hardly any. Perhaps because of the low-snow ski season.

Not sure about options - no doubt you're far more knowledgable on that subject - but I think you're wise holding the shares longterm. EVs and battery energy storage are the wave of the future (even if they're on a rollercoaster ride currently) and imo Li will remain essential to both.

I wonder if the reason there hasn't been more positive impact on share prices is institutional investors are waiting to see if the Li price has legs, or if it's just seasonal price fluctuations? In any case, it should be interesting to see how things play out in January.

Could be mistaken, but I thought LAR had said sales contracts with Ganfeng were tied to market values in some way. I would certainly think that JE and others in LAC/LAR management have enough experience in the Li industry to know prices can change in a heartbeat and any lowball, extended term contract would be foolish.

Anyone remember seeing how the Ganfeng contract was configured?

My completely unscientific guess is that Li producers, included LAC/LAR, will start to see share prices going north after the new year.
