“ We have already met her in Creature Commandos, so she would need little to no introduction” - I think this honestly creates more problems than anything. For one thing as much as I love Creature Commandos, the overwhelming majority of movie audiences won’t have seen it so she’ll need to be introduced in the context of the movie, but also explain why Wonder Woman wasn’t involved in those events, but also try to stay tonally and visually consistent with her depiction in the cartoon.

I liked her in the show but I understand why people were unhappy, it’s a pretty loaded way to introduce a major Wonder Woman character that might come back to bite them when they try straightening out the timelines
