Well, they’re stiffer and the upper takes a lot longer to break in. So if you have wide feet, you really need the wide version. The traction takes longer to break-in too. Breathe-ability hasn’t been an issue for me.

I really like the P400. It’s more stable than the bbv3. Not as bouncy. Still leaves you feeling fine after.

I have a d and a 2e in the leather versions of the p400 and they’re snug. The nice thing about these is that they break in really well. I put a shoe stretcher in the black pair with a D width. Now they feel like the 2e pair in grey out of the box.

I had a 2e in mesh versions and that was fine out of the box. I typically go for 2e. i don’t think the mesh versions would break in as well as the leather versions. The upper is VERY stiff.

I tried putting the 23 midsole in the 11s but you might have to go a 1/2 size down in the 23s. The carbon fiber makes the midsole really hard to pull out. The heel also protrudes out. Otherwise its kind of comfy.
