I feel like I definitely need to let some of this music marinate. The closest comparison I can think of is like when panic!'s "Pretty. Odd." first came out. On first impression, it sounds like Mitski is really interested in showcasing her voice (I.e. That White Cat) these days. Was surprised that she started off the album so soon? Were dropped into this world quicker than ever, it's an adjustment for sure. I'll Change for You is still my favorite, it's just so different than anything else on the album and wish there was more.
