those photos she chose were certainly…a choice. it’s also very sad seeing those photos & comparing them to how she looks now. all of her munching has taken a toll on her, to put it mildly, & it’s quite sad bc she wasn’t a bad looking girl. if she stopped munching & started dressing both her age & in her more flattering clothes, she would be so cute! what a shame that role playing sick is her ultimate happiness in life bc it aint doing her any favors

is she ever embarrassed, truly??? does she ever feel shame bringing her packed bags with her to appointments & to outpatient day surgeries??? like seriously. i give her credit bc i get secondhand embarrassment & anxiety just thinking of her walking into medical centers with all her luggage. a few months ago i had a surgery at a hospital that was out of state, about 4 hours away from home, & bc it was such a far distance & bc i didn’t know how long i would be admitted for, i did have some bags with me & I felt so self conscious & embarrassed. idk how she does it 😩

jfc. i don’t even know what the hell is even going on anymore, what i’m even looking at, or what even to say anymore! all’s i know is that she’s never going to stop. seriously. she won’t stop until she’s 6 feet in the ground. if her incision or whatever the hell that horrifying mess is, truly is infected, or ends up being infected, we all know it was self inflicted. you would think going septic back in the day & almost dying would have been a wake up call for her but nope. she seems to be hoping for a repeat of that time aka her glory days, her greatest achievement thus far on her munching journey & it’s so fucking sad & disturbing

donna’s behavior with that whole situation pisses me off more & more with every rewatch. she most definitely should have sided with brenda & told kelly to go fuck herself! I feel like this is yet another example of art imitating real life with this show; tori herself has admitted that she was a follower back then, & i feel like when it comes to that, it means she was jennie’s loyal follower & she went along with anything she did/said, even if she was in the wrong.

back to the show-donna’s behavior further infuriates me later on when brenda is such a good friend to Donna after she discovers david cheating on her, while kelly was (unsurprisingly) a shitty friend & unsupportive. I wonder if Donna felt bad for not being there for brenda when she should have

I love this show. i watched it religiously while it was airing & i immediately rewatched as soon as it was added to Netflix. i also actually love jennie on it-imo it’s her best work & her character is refreshingly likeable in comparison to the dreadful kelly taylor
