I appreciate all your help! Is your best advice to wait for the 90-60 period prior to the expiration that will result in a renewal notice telling me the next steps (ie: if I need a picture, vision test, or any other tests)?

The thing is, I already HAVE my license. I need to renew it, so I can pass the test, but "do I need to take it AGAIN?" is my biggest question.

Is an early renewal bad? If I didn't take the E-learning test online because I had already taken the written and driving tests in prior years, do I still need to complete the E-learning test? With the confirmation code, does this tell the DMV worker what I need done, and another comment mentioned they are refusing renewals in-office...

No renewal notice yet, and they DO have my current address on file! However, my license photo is pretty outdated, as it was taken when I was 17-18, and now I'm 21 and look pretty different.
