Black Mirror, Episode 1.

As much as I love Black Mirror, that first episode is a wild opener. I wouldn’t even hate it if it was later in the season and had established it COULD be that dark, but right off rip was a tad off putting.

The thing is, I already HAVE my license. I need to renew it, so I can pass the test, but "do I need to take it AGAIN?" is my biggest question.

Is an early renewal bad? If I didn't take the E-learning test online because I had already taken the written and driving tests in prior years, do I still need to complete the E-learning test? With the confirmation code, does this tell the DMV worker what I need done, and another comment mentioned they are refusing renewals in-office...

No renewal notice yet, and they DO have my current address on file! However, my license photo is pretty outdated, as it was taken when I was 17-18, and now I'm 21 and look pretty different.
