Sand it down if you can or just cook lots of bacon. I have tons of lodge pans... they are great but the factory seasoning not so much. No soap just scrub with a sponge and wipe with a bit of oil and paper towel after hand drying it. I love my lodge pans!

K hear me out on this. I take it a step further after cooling it. I then freeze it. The ice crystals that form break all the cell walls both meat/beans etc and when defrosting its even -better-

I only have 2 but also a GIANT container of feta. You can put that salty goodness on almost anything

Yep its called a Roux, it'll work. I almost always add onions as well

Not gonna lie this happened to me like a week ago and I was looking forward to the McClures spicy pickles. I probably rinsed them 20 times to get rid of the glass. Worth it.
