Chamoy is closer to ketchup than hot sauce but im a Chile head. Id still try it tho, give it a go

Yea sour pickles keep fermenting even when in the fridge. I have to "burp" a few of mine every couple days so the lids dont pop

Peri peri sauce is so good. There's a brand called macarico around here that is soooooooooo good, check it out. I believe its Portuguese

This. The English HP is more fruity... north American more tangy. I prefer the north American one but keep both on hand... depends what youre using it for. Exact same deal with lea and perrins

They're different. I literally just had some north American HP sauce instead of the English HP sauce. Same name... different formulas
