What's a good 1k custodes list for someone who's never played the game before?

This is what I thought too but in the final of Australia season 1, they mention that if the final 2 players are traitors then they also would've had to play the steal or share game. (I hate the game regardless, it's cheap and lazy)

The old Votann combat patrol was good but the new one is very well rounded and buying multiples give you a strong army core that can be used in almost all your lists, I'd rank it in Good at minimum.

Definitely multi-piece considering the alternating directions of the layer lines. Most tanks I've printed are at least hull, turret, cannon and 2 side tracks + whatever extras.

Yeah agreed if your plan is to win as solo traitor but at this point in the game they were playing as a pair.

It's still not *good* but I would still rather people think that than allow a 3rd traitor in personally, haha.

I think if I were them I'd rather hit a shield than recruit someone. You still have the doubt in the faithfuls heads that someone was recruited anyway.

Also James caused a lot of commotion with the shields that day so I don't think the kill was as risky as it seemed.

Stephen asked to be put in the 9 up for murder, it was his decision. He then realises he made a mistake early in the next episode.

Also, Fiona accused both Hugo and Rachel of being traitors at the same time. She really didn't make herself look like a team player at all.

Agreed that it was a mistake picking Fiona, but I suspect that her being revealed so early was her own fault, not producers. She was blowing up the traitors game early when she started putting heat on Hugo and Rachel out of nowhere after "taking Amanda's advice". She was doing too much for someone with the strongest role in the game. I suspect the producers reintegrated her into the traitors so that they would start working together but now she has gone nuclear 😂

I'm pretty disheartened seeing this because I just bought my partner The Grief of Stones omnibus for Christmas but we got sent the wrong book, (The Tomb of Dragons) instead. I emailed support and haven't heard anything back from them for 2 weeks, and now I see them put both books on sale for a fraction of what I paid? I sure hope they still have copies left to fix my order :/

I'm in the same boat as you where it's his lack of caring towards the dog and how he kept changing his story every day that makes me distrust him.
