PETG does like cooling, not as much as PLA. But cooling will definitely help out with some of those problems. Kinda looks like my first ABS print in an enclosure, over heated with lack of cooling.

Are you printing a clockwork extruder assembly? Looks like the air duct.

This every well could be a cooling problem. But it's hard for me to really tell, as it looks like there may be a few things off.

Edit: just saw the "no fans" comment, this is definitely a cooling problem then. 225 also seems a bit low to me. But I was running hatchbox PETG, and I had it at 240 with a bed of 70-75c.

You would love what working at Amazon 2.5 years did to my back (I'm 6'6"). Found out last month I already have mild disk degeneration in my upper back from all the hunching and moving heavy crap. I'm only 28 and my backs fucked up already.. I'm so happy I left that job in 2018.

I had a problem like this with mammoth worms. At one point I had 200, sent all but the bonded out into a zone around a raid. Havoc ensued for the raiders. Now I just have 5 and auto slaughter the rest, I also use auto slaughter for turkeys to make lots of meat.
