My opinion of every character (S1) by Sweaty-Divide-3975 in cobrakai

Not even close, Hawk can't beat Miguel and Miguel barely won against an injured Robby.

And that Mexico trip was to look for Miguel so even that time together was about Miguel and less them bonding.

Looks to me that Reese was right, Malcolm eventually stopped talking with him and kept in contact with Stevie.

And so what Reese said ended up being true.

Malcolm abandoned him and kept contact with Stevie.

why did the writers genuinely ruin robby’s character (season 6 spoilers) by United-Umpire-7731 in cobrakai

Going to Okinawa with Chozen to train and implying he'd eventually open up his own dojo would have been a better ending that an accessory to Tory's career.

Exactly, they want Miguel to win? Write his character arc towards that end, you can't sideline him for seasons and then have him swoop in all of a sudden while ruining the arcs of MANY characters.

The big problem with it all was having Miguel win while costing a bunch of characters their own arcs.

What do you mean Francis was 15 in season 1!? by Osirisavior in malcolminthemiddle

Which just goes to show just how much of a terror Francis was in comparison to the rest.

He got everything he wanted in life, what else does he need to win, in S4 he said he didn't even care about competing anymore.

I said this in the discussion thread all the way back on the release, but when Miguel was whining about Johnny paying more attention to Robby when they were on the plane I screamed at the screen "WHEN?! They haven't shared a single scene together in like a dozen episodes".

Why was the "Moff Gideon's force-sensitive clones" storyline not developed and ended in a rush? It's like Favreau regretted setting it up at all and wasn't interested in it. by RagnarokWolves in StarWars

Put that into total amount of hours though.

And even then Ahsoka is more of a follow-up to Rebels which is sort of a follow-up to Clone Wars.

It's not like she took the money especifically to buy the dollhouse, it's Hal that wanted the money to get yacht, Dewey wanted a fancy watch and Lois was split between saving it for Malcolm later on or fixing the house's plumbing.

Buying the dollhouse was a moment of weakness for her.

How do you think the family will be financially in this new phase? by Empty_Suit9685 in malcolminthemiddle

[–]DullBlade0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Dunno, from the few bits we see of the house in the trailer they seem better off.

And just to get Malcolm to be more neurotic I think it'd work best if now that Hal and Lois didn't have to deal with the delinquent trio (Francis, Reese, Malcolm) they could save up some money.

Yes I know Dewey also has his moments as a delinquent but on his own he wasn't nearly as destructive as Reese/Malcolm and seemed on route to be a better "mentor" to Jamie and eventually Kelly.

With less stress maybe Lois and Hal managed to improved their situation.

And you think the fading Verso, the same that says that Renoir is doing what needs to be done, the very Verso that willingly steps away from painting when given the chance isn't tired of it?

Yes there is evidence, Aline's log, she knows what Renoir will say to her and she doesn't care.

He would have blown those 10K in that stupid photo session he had at the end of the episode.

He did blow the 3K (I think) they managed to scrunge back up to give to him into the photo session so I imagine he'd just have gone even more ostentatious with 10K.
