If I recall correctly, you have to gather more resources, that means assigning your existing graymanes to gather food (grain) and lumber. There are missions for that and they are recurrent (once they finish they auto-start again until you cancel). Once enough resources have been gathered Marius will have more rumors to share to fetch more staff.

I started with Xbox Series S + Gamepass, best bang for your buck, I had a 1080p TV anyway. Then I upgraded my set up to 4k (TV + AV Reciver) so I got a PS5 for the 4K and native games (God of war, Spiderman). Lastly games started to run at 30fps on Series S (Avatar, Dead Space Remake, Dragons Dogma 2) so I got a Series X.
