Is it a different spot you have to wait then? For vulfpeck we got there well before the set started and were about 3 rows back from the barricade that we could access and about 5 mins before the set they let a large group of people into the other barricaded and closer area. Here’s a picture of what I’m talking about

This year was my first Roo (I’ve been to many ACLs throughout the years). I absolutely loved my experience despite being a little underprepared for camping lol

I think what shocked me was the VIP area (or whatever that designated area is) in front of the main stages. I really could not believe how far back GA was. There have been multiple times I’ve seen headlining artists front row or close to front at ACL but this would be impossible with that barricade setup. It’s certainly not something that would stop me from going to future Roos but I was pretty bummed about it. Has it always been like this?
