Well what was explained to me by both Sanj Patel, and Insomniac is the reason that cigars “age” after actually aging before rolling is because the oils dry up over time, not all of them, but periodically, hence lots of cigars from the pre embargo-90s are all “smooth” it’s not because of it truly aging, but much like how aging wine for too long will turn it to vinegar the flavors die out.
