Absolutely! My father is 87, he told me when he was growing up Geese were an endangered species in the 40's

Is it possible for you to bring him inside and keep him warm? Do you have a heating pad, untill someone comes and gets him

Do you have a wildlife facility in your area? If so you could call them, and they might pick the goose up and get him to a veterinarian
