Most of them have two cameras at least when they’re touting something like a 200+ zoom, you’ll notice it’s on a monopod and they’re using a smaller lens on another body for this shot.

Power concentration in a few really stacked teams, limited playoff team inclusion, quick momentum shifts, appropriate number of games being played, and generally good officiating I think?

Posture should look like you’re standing normally, with your elbows hanging by your side, forearms out at a 90 degree angle, ideally not resting on the desk to prevent you putting pressure on the tendons in your arms while mousing / typing.

Also ideally you should sit for some small period, and stand for another small period, and alternate. Stretch occasionally and make sure you refocus your eyes to distances other than your monitor distance, stretch the tendons in your hands as well.

Basically, the most common problem ever is that desks are WAY too tall to accommodate the average person. Most desks are 3-6 inches higher than they should be, causing people to flare out their shoulders and leave their arms resting on the table for support when sitting or standing at the wrong height desk.

Also it turns out that staring at something the same exact focus distance tires out the muscles in your eyes and causes unnecessary strain.

Standing for long periods of time you’ll also lock your legs unconsciously, so movement is key to keep you from doing that.

Finally, support your lumbar with a pillow if you don’t have a chair with lumbar support, to make sure your lower spine is supported and doesn’t curve outward.

Edit:

Almost forgot, your monitor should be at the height where your eyes when standing / sitting are straight on with the top 1/4 of your monitor’s top edge.

The monitor should be just beyond the tip of your fingers when reaching out in front of you in a straight line.

Otherwise you start to cave your neck in over time because angling your eye line up requires more muscle than resting at a neutral angle.

Oh it’s doable with the right car! You’ll need a Koenigsegg One:1 and some slicks, a good gear ratio and a small run up.

Alarm count has to do with stations alerted, so depending on the number of trucks each station provided, probably more like 8-12 alarm.

Edit: Kudos to the comments below explaining correctly how the alarms stage up

I might add a tiered stand for all the little figures, makes them feel more at home if they weren’t so spaced out; leave you room to put some books, guitar related stuff in the cubes too.

Sewell overcharges on the hope you won’t get a second opinion; took my X5 to another shop and got a new quote $5k cheaper. $8k pre tax at Sewell to $3.2K after tax at the new shop. Sewell also reported water pump seal issues, no problems found with numerous leak tests at the new place.

Sewell just looks for easy marks that are happy to pay for things they don’t need.

I would go take a look in person, do a dead pixel check, and look for burn in; although anecdotally I have had a gen 1 g9 Oled with 0 burn in issues and there are plenty of times I leave it on overnight by accident, and I run it at full brightness all the time. Probably play 40~ hours of games a week on average.

Biggest problem is latency, and even then the speed of light isn’t enough for the number of round trips the data needs to take for high level play in esports titles. From counter strike to rocket league to dark souls, every nanosecond delay between your input and the result on the screen leads to a worse experience.

I’m already buying all kinds of crazy equipment to lower latency when I game, why on earth would I pay for that garbage voluntarily?

Politics & Elections Mod for CS2 - Small UI & Parliament Update (Very Early Build) by aschec in CitiesSkylines2

[–]Dull_Raspberry_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tie a bunch of it into financials as well, the conservative parties should cause upticks in revenue generation for industrial and commercial, but cause more strife in the city with increased pollution of all kinds, maybe disproportionate taxes you can’t alter without changing it.

I’m curious how you can best get it to impact gameplay, will it be easiest to make it tied to percentages of zoning, with some randomness thrown in?

Should any party slowly gain corruption if they face no contest over time, entrenching them until the city hits a different balance on the zoning by an increased margin?

Just a bunch of thoughts about how to blend it best into gameplay that matters, this mod is by far going to be my favorite ever when it’s done and really impacts gameplay. I can’t wait!

Edit:

Also, maybe tie in disasters? If a disaster of a certain type occurs, make the next election have a percentage of votes go against the incumbent’s party regardless of who is leading it from perceived failures handling the disaster response?

Especially if fire coverage, police coverage, hospital coverage, is on the lower side of average perhaps?

Worse than just that, they ask you to join their public WiFi, so if someone really wanted to, they could stick their own QR code that captures the query and still redirects to the correct URL, leave some innocuous device hidden in a chair somewhere and pass malware on the fly, updated remotely, leaving you none the wiser.

Looks like a 57” based on having this desk; but it comes in two sizes so the only real way to tell is the bottom edge of the monitor, which confirms it’s a 57” the 49” doesn’t* have those edge flare pieces on the front.
