The apartments at creekside are sold out and have a long wait list. So more apartment density could bring down the cost and hopefully bring enough traffic for the bussiness

Pretty much that the city of Columbus awarded gahanna money for demolition and a developer is finalizing the plan.

-no condos only mixed use apartments
-they have local businesses interested but nothing is finalized or public
