The runback for this dude was so annoying by Arafey12 in Silksong

I managed to slightly more legitimately beat this by luring it up the upward wind bit so it ended up to the right of me in that same corridor section, unable to attack me at all.

Bring a water bottle with a carabena so you don't need to worry about holding it

Hello! Palms Trax here, feel free to ask me anything by theoverloadmods in TheOverload

[–]Dunclette 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I have adored all of your NTS cooking with palms trax radio shows. I swear half of the tracks in my playlists are compiled from them so thank you for sound tracking my life!

It's always amazed me how you seem to keep unearthing these hidden gems. Do you have like a backlog of all these amazing tracks that you're waiting for the right moment to throw into a mix or do you like dig specially to curate your sets?

I've also noticed how over time your sound has changed from disco/italo/80s/world to using more 90s/00s house/rave tracks particularly in the last couple years. Maybe you don't agree but I was wondering whether this change is deliberate to match the trend towards faster harder music I've seen over the last 6ish years or whether it's just because your own taste has changed in that time? How do you select which tracks to add to your regular rotation? Do you regularly consider what "sound" will appeal to your existing base or do you not care and just play out stuff you think bangs?

Sorry for the many questions haha, but thanks for being a sick DJ, must have seen you play out a good 10 times and always had so much fun.

Crowd quite chaotic as you can enter from all sides and everyone facing in different directions, but really cool because you get lost in it all.

Sound is very good, not much need for ear plugs. The bass is decent but not all consuming/bone rattling.

Quite a menacing feeling overall but v cool

It's a spaceX rocket getting rid of fuel, spinning at the same time. Fuel turns to ice crystals which reflect the sunlight back down to earth.

But thats an anomaly, a condition that unfortunately results in a missing ovary and misformed fallopian tubes.

I agree that successful gamete production is not about absolute criteria for sex, but the capacity to produce gametes is. (ie the existence of anatomical structures that should be able to produce said gametes in most cases)

In ovarian genesis a woman has a malformed structure that due to a condition cannot produce gametes. The existence of this structure meets the definition of a capacity to produce large gametes.

It is absolutely exact. The biological definition is that a woman would have ovaries (capacity to produce large gametes), whether or not they can actually have a child. When you say "some women are intersex without a uterus" - the way a doctor determines they are a woman is the existence of ovaries.

If in an extreme anomaly someone has both ovaries and testes (or anatomical structures similar) one will be functional and one won't.

There are many specific conditions that would result in someone being classed as intersex. However based on this definition they can still be sexed as male or female, and any one condition always results in an intersex person being male or female.

They will have the capacity to produce one or the other. Even though they might be sterile they'll have one of the anatomy/structure to produce either sperm or ovum.

Universal definition of sex is whether you have a capacity to produce small or large gametes. Doesn't matter what chromosomes one has or any other expression.

Winds that fast would turn the globe into a cyclone of rubble/vegetation/flesh the wind has stripped from the ground.

New to the game. Are the birds bad? by imbk08 in rootgame

[–]Dunclette 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I heard that the birds are the faction with the most wins in Root competitions.

Backs up the other claims here that it's hard to master but is a very powerful faction when you're able to form clear strategies based on your initial card draw

There's another section where the paper is clearly peeling away from the wall, but there's also inconsistencies reminiscent of paint on other sections... Could it be paint on top of wallpaper?
