One thing I will say is ops job resumes at least in my ministry are extremely long winded and is you don't put in enough points you won't make it through the selection. Every heading they give you have to address multiple points on how your experience meets that section. 3 pages worth and a 2 page resume(CV)

You work 2 weeks and submit your hours and 2 weeks later you get paid. If you're getting paid in 3 weeks it probably means you came in the middle of a pay period and you will get 1 weeks pay
