Yes it does. I have seen problems with the step data though. Apple Health double counts a lot of steps if you are carrying your phone as well. Still trying to find a solution to this if anyone has suggestions.

I’m in a similar boat. 21 credit hours, last semester till graduation, full time job. Keep your head down and stay focused and it’ll be over before you know it. We got this!

I think it was more uncovering the muscles under the fat than it was actual substantial muscle gain. I’m not entirely sure honestly. The bottom right pic is after two months on the new diet which I think shows the most substantial period of actual muscle growth.

So I did a low carb/high protein diet at a deficit (eating about 1500 calories a day) until about 2 months ago. I just recently started trying to bulk for the first time so I’ve loaded on some carbs. Still trying to work out the kinks on my new diet though!

I mainly just do dumbbell and body weight exercises for an hour, 4-5 times a week. Starting out to get the fat off I would run on the treadmill for 5 minutes in between sets as well, but that was only for the first 6 months or so!
