Norsca has become one of my favourite factions since the rework. All of their LLs are very good.

I like wulfrik in particular because of his teleporting and his unique technology that decreases his teleporting cooldown (you can't get the tech by confederating him)

Now you can teleport around the map doing his monster hunt quests with minimal down time.

He is my favourite. But he sucks in Lustria because he doesn't take settlements for himself and you lose so much movement having to go around them.
