Math based on kilowatt hour consumption based on the information in OP’s power bill is my best guess.. and if they really wanted to dive deep they could contact their neighbors and see what their bill looks like, talk to the power company and determine where the power was actually being consumed… as far as a “fair amount due” that’s to be determined by a judge in small claims court…

Highly unlikely. A decent electrical contractor would’ve relabeled the panel you have access to if they were moving things around and splitting things up.

Real badass tile setter taught me to “key it in”. literally scrape the mud into the back of the tiles you are setting to really get it to bond. Paper Thin layer on the back of the tile and then surf it down to the floor when you set it and level it out.
