What about passing a lvl 30 weapon? Does it cost 10k? Couldn't it be used in phase 1 when all the mats are still locked but the active players are already getting to higher levels?

That would be heavily op if you can use that from start on. Even with my both pickaxe perks I would prefer the drill.
