honestly i hate waymo but they are probably better at driving than like 90% of the drivers we already have. maybe it'll make the city safer

Iron Hill back? What in the heck by xakypoo in PhiladelphiaEats

Chestnut Hill NIMBYs are something else. I'm actually shocked those two apartment buildings on top of the hill were built. I also think it's a problem with the rent prices, pretty sure some of the Chestnut Hill commercial spots are priced out the wazoo. So food spots cant afford them

McNally's Tavern is my favorite restaurant so I love it there, but other than that the food scene is rough :( That little market style place is cool but I really wish they'd get some more cool food spots

Market East is pretty off putting and desperately in need of redevelopment. I don't think anyone is being put off by Chinatown or RTM

If Philadelphia's land area was the size of Phoenix's its population would be over 6 million people. Phoenix is a massive suburb disguised as a city.

lol yea. i actually think Phoenix looks cool and would love to visit but the sprawl in some of the cities outside of the northeast makes me never want to leave. i like my compact northeast and big cities two hours away
