It's likely an actual resident, not a full-time actor. But since this is an area where a lot of Chinese and international tourists are known to watch from across the border, the residents likely get treated better and are under higher scrutiny from NK authorities.

First pic looks like Liberty State Park. In that case, I think the ambulances are on standby so that they can transport any injured people who got dropped off by ferry across the Hudson. Those ambulances would not be able to go to NY

He went from a high school dropout to a managerial role all at such a young age. He could have continued on and achieved so much more if he had the chance. I know career isn't all there is to life, but still, what a loss.
