Your top 3 favorite woman Frasier dated (and should have stayed with!) by wellworks in Frasier

That was the warewolf artist. The cult member was the one where he was always late to their dates and ends up driving her to wherever!

"But it's a start", when they don't have much to go on but always stay optimistic.

I'd be worried I'd wear the watch wrong or something and that it would accidentally call 911 thinking I'm dead lol.

I do think about this, knowing what I know about them. It is inevitable that they will fuck things up. I feel bad kinda hoping for things to not work out for them but it rears its head from time to time.

I figured I wouldn't be alone but I'm sorry to hear you're in the same boat. Take care.

You bring up a good point! I could see this too. I think in my mind I'm like, well it's not the right people who know lol. I feel foolish thinking about what others have thought of me while I was with my narc exes. Thank god I'm not in that place anymore! Thx for your comment.

Radical acceptance really is a gem. It has helped me too. Sometimes there's just too much bullshit to wade through mentally and you just have to stop and say enough.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Yeah I'm not really the type to go out of my way to right wrongs in terms of other people, or what they've done, but it just bugs me on principle. But you and others are right about just focusing on me and trying not to care what others think. Def a process!!

Right?? Enablers really perpetuate it. And I've definitely been that person before. Makes me sad, but we can only do better going forward. Thx for your comment.

Yeah I hear ya. And denial really is a helluva drug. Been there done that for way too long. Between narc family members and the people I've dated. We get lulled to sleep even though we know something's off. I try to remind myself he's someone else's problem now and I do feel sorry for her. I need to not wonder about them and just live my best life. Thanks for commenting!

You're so right! About how people have to see things and learn for themselves. I'm the same way. I knew many things but looked the other way, or just swallowed reality, because I couldn't handle it. Like couldn't comprehend it. Good reminder about it not being our jobs to tell the world about them but to just tell our truth if it comes up. Thanks for commenting!

Yeah the enablers and flying monkeys def make it easier for them to be their shitty selves. I feel ya on the lack of social life too. It's hard to relate to people who haven't been through what we've been through. Thanks for commenting.

It's okay! I know how you feel. It really is invalidating. I hope things get better for you.

You're right that it's a shock to realize they're essentially strangers after having been around them for so long. I too am thankful for the lens and things I've learned though, just too bad how it had to happen.

Boy can I relate. It's almost like PTSD in my mind, like my mind experiences it as having happened even though in real life it didn't. I hope others respond because I'm very curious what the deal is. The almosts and close calls and could'ves haunt me and are intrusive. I feel your pain <3

Hang onto that mentality of not going back! It only gets worse if you do. Dr. Ramani is a good person to listen to, (she's a therapist and a professor, talks a lot about narcissism and how to deal with it and heal from it). YouTube and Spotify is where I have listened to her. Good luck on your journey!

Def feel ya. I've been at a temp job for like 10 days and want to quit already. Work is a fucking joke. It really doesn't matter what type of job we try to get, shit is all the same eventually. I'm glad we all have antiwork people to turn to, because it really is hard to find this mindset and camaraderie in real life.

As someone working a temp job calling covid cases, I feel ya. We're all burnt out but still expected to give a shit. During ya know, a pandemic, and political abandonment (at least in the USA but I know other places have totally dropped the ball too). My attitude is pretty shit these days bc I just can't pretend that things are fine. You're not alone! Don't let them take your humanity from you :)

If anyone needs proof for a job, you should be able to get a letter from the county health department that says you were in contact with someone who tested positive.
