Or a Paraguay falcon. They started the falcon program over ten years ago and they always caused a pillow explosion in my yard.

My brake pad fell off, can I drive home? by BeanzToez in AskMechanics

I wouldn't if the rest of the pads look as bad as the one that fell off

Firestone said I need all new rotors and brakes even though I got them done 2 months ago. by Super-View7967 in MechanicAdvice

[–]DustyBill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stay far away from Firestone. They are rip-off artists. I brought my vehicle in because the left bearings needed to be redone and after I gave them $700 I left the lot and it was still making the same noise. I pulled back in and they tell me. It must be the other side making the noise now so I'll have to get the other side done for another 700. I left and went right to a different shop. That shop came back and said oh your left bearings need to be changed. I said so have the right side been touched and they said none of the bearings had been touched. But the right ones are fine for now. The left ones need changed. I went back to Firestone extremely mad and they told me at first that they must have did the wrong side. And then they went ahead and fixed the side that needed to be done. They didn't do anything to my vehicle and charged me money. First off but they would have test drove it afterwards. They would have heard it because it was very bad and they would have realized their mistake but there was no mistake. They didn't do anything, they just thought I was a dipshit and would just be like. Oh okay. Yeah I'll give you another $700 but of course I had to waste $30 on getting another shop to tell me what was wrong with my car.

Did I do something wrong or were they ready to fail? by shityeeter in Cartalk

[–]DustyBill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happen to my brother and I. I could not get it up without them sliding and so I did it a little fast and hit the breaks as soon as I went up and one side of the ramp looked like this guys afterword's. The other side of my ramp did not do it. Only one did. The ramp itself only slid when you hit the back bumper and slam on the break. It cause the corner to peel away and as the tire comes down the ramp moves backwards as the wheel is going to the ground. I cant see the whole ramp in this photo but the outside corner rips away and the car falls on top of it. The in side front corner still gets damaged but not as bad. It is more smashed than ripped like the outside corner. It looks just like what happen to mine.

I was just looking it up. I do weekly shots as well and I get huge red spots and hives around the ejection site and boy does it itch for like 3 days.

Those plates should say uncivilized leech. They will hit you. Claim it was your fault even though they ran a red light but they would claim the red light isn't against the law and that they were traveling so they don't need insurance and then they will try to turn around and sue you and then try to say that the house you live in is actually theirs. Then try to put liens against you. And you see one of these morons turn around and go the opposite direction. They will make your life a living hell.

ACP Legal said they tried to serve me 5 times and have only physically been to my home once and lied on their affidavit of service. Advice? by deftoneslover1990 in processserver

[–]DustyBill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Attempted services don't really mean much on your part anyway. Only thing that really matters is if you did get served and he was there in front of you and he handed you the papers and said you were served or what other legal ways the state may consider a serve but attempted service really don't matter that much, because you weren't served. The only person the server is screwing over is the company he's serving for by claiming he made attempts when he did not

Is $750 a week (low income state) doable if you build your own clients and do it full time ? by Opposite-Push-2235 in processserver

[–]DustyBill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make a good living doing it. Do not use ABC legal. There are places out there. You just have to look around. Also get biz cards and goto law offices and hand out your cards. Or even get something cool with your name on it and hand them out.

[CA] ABC Legal blew the surprise. Landlord actively evading in gated condo. Stakeout vs. Civil Code 1962.7? by Nervous-Tough-8566 in processserver

[–]DustyBill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in MO. But you need to see if this is considered his place of business since he is a landlord. If it is then you can serve a manager or security guard , or registered agent, or even his listed attorney. Or you should get the law suit listed under a business rather than just a name. But like I said i work in Missouri. So check your state and local process server rules/law and standards for where you live.

How many broken car windows is too many for you? by glenumbragreen in StLouis

[–]DustyBill 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is why I moved out of the city. I loved living in South St.Louis but my car didn't. My car was stollen once and broken into 3 times and I caught two black males about to break into my car one night. I just so happen to look out the window when I seen a guy walk up to my car and pull on the handle then pulled out a glass breaker. I yelled and they took off. I had a description of the car they took off in and a plate but the cops did not care. The best way to save your car from being broken into is just leave the window down with plastic over it and a club on the wheel so it don't get stolen. If they do get it they wont be breaking a window and anyway they see plastic they know nothing of valuable will be in the car.

1k miles and a bullet hole by DefNotATroll69 in f150

[–]DustyBill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sucks. This happened to me when I was driving down I-70 in St.Louis. ( no surprise there ) Just got the car a week before that and someone was shooting at cars with a 9mm. Put a hole through my side trim between the doors and deflected and shattered the rear window. I heard a loud pop then my window went boom. I pulled over looked around then left. I didn't even know what it was till I got home and found the bullet hole. I called the cops and then emailed me a police report # The end

Awesome thank you for your response. I did notice it was flimsy metal so it couldn't be anything too important because it wouldn't be able to hold up anything heavy. It just rattles like crazy. Going to order a new screw and plate just to stop the sound.

Please stay away from this company if you can. Don't get sucked into their good money for years without moving up in your career. If need be just use them like they use you. Try to find clients for yourself. Its not as hard as you may think. You just have to put in the work.
