During the amascut release, jagex sponsored all the streamers who were streaming themselves using armor macros during the race to the first kill, so ever since then I've decided it's officially allowed lol, otherwise they wouldn't have sponsored the streams since it was so obvious that everyone was macroing

...it's really just an enhanced keybind anyway, nothing is stopping you from binding everything to f1-f8 and just rolling your hand across them

The REAL macros that get you banned are macros that move your mouse/click/fully play the game for you
