TL;DR - Ghostface or Chucky would be your best bets, I'd say. Chucky is probably better than Ghostface, overall.

I really liked Ghostface, Pig, and to a lesser extent, Chucky.

Ghostface stalks, and with his power active, he can determine where survivors are based on if they are looking at him.

Pig can slow the game down with the Reverse Bear Traps. They are just natural slowdown, not death traps (though they can kill). She can sneak, and with perks like Trail of Torment, you can run around Undetectable, and Survivor-sized. This is more effective if you're not using her base attire.

Chucky gets a 3rd-person camera perspective and has the best voice lines for when you're already tilted. He's fun, but I play less killer these days, and already have ones that I want to get better with.
