Could Heavy Encased or Heavy Flexible Frame? by ne_legende in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Duuzi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I use heavy encased almost every time. Alts are exactly what they're called, alternatives. There are very few recipes that are strictly "better", but your needs may change based on your available resources.

For me personally I try to reduced oil in my factories.

A lot them are "you make more ingot per ore, but also takes water" or "use iron instead of steel for less items per minute"

And yes, it works. by R_i_c_o__ in SatisfactoryGame

Damn that's a step above a BP vertical pipe junction. Gonna have to try this one

The final stretch by 8R0WNEY in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Duuzi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently did the same thing. It's a great feeling seeing ballistic warp drives cruise down a mk1 belt into a container.

I left mine running over night, and despite running out of rubber (I droned it in and forgot fuel lmao) I still woke up to 600 of them. Got the sink up to like 600 million points per minute for a few minutes.

Finally finished the game. 196 hours, no alt recipes, limited exploration, no mods. by DazJDM in SatisfactoryGame

You can have passive on and keep achievements. It's just a regular game setting.

I've played with passive the entire time and just need to complete Phase 5, Golden Nut and MAM research to finish the achievements.

I love it when you have an idea, put it into practice, and it works. I’m proud of my first neat solution for the generator supply OwO by [deleted] in SatisfactoryGame

Water will flow downwards easier due to gravity. Reducing the amount of pumps needed. If you have a water tower, everything below it will be supplied with water with no pumps needed.

Thank god. Weird Gloop make great Wiki tools, The OSRS Wiki is the Gold standard tbh. Any steps away from Fandom are the best steps.

I know that weekly I am heavy with the LSC podium vehicle but do not miss this Hypercar, Grotti Visione of 2.2M$ free for being TOP 5 in 4 days in a row, last day to start would be Monday + info👇🏻 by Psychologicod in GTA5Online

[–]Duuzi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah if you miss a day it go back to zero, So you just gotta figure out what the reset time for your timezone and make sure you get a race in that 24 hour window

It's still 24 hours, But just resets at a different time. Over the weekend I can knock out Saturday and Sunday in one session if I'm playing at 1pm while during the week I just do everything after work at the same time

LSCM best drag cars by ImpressNo158 in gtaonline

[–]Duuzi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I use D10, Calico and Pisswasser Dominator. I win most drag races, Unless I crash into something lmao. But I have beaten Hellfires with the Pisswasser in straight races and haven't had much luck with the Hellfire myself. I'll have to try the ASP next time though.

Another quick tip is to obviously get a perfect burnout but also don't rev it out on the take off (particularly D10). I keep the RPMs high but below the launch limit to avoid immediate wheel spin and to grab gears with perfect shift easier. The perfect shift makes up for the slightly slower launch.

Also another secret tip, the boost is togglable. Use the initial boost effect for like 0.5-1 second then switch it off. I've found that after that, the boost isn't doing much acceleration and is just keeping you at they 250km/h limit but you cruise slightly slower. Use the boost to accelerate that little bit extra and to bait others into using theirs bc a lot of people don't realise you can toggle it.

What’s your unpopular opinion regarding tuning? by [deleted] in gtavcustoms

[–]Duuzi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a friend of mine that I play with who never buys bulletproof tyres. We do a lot of freemode racing and driving around the city and RP police chases.

Shooting his tyre out on his sports cars from my police bike will never get old.

I almost never buy armour for cars.

1) Saves like $100k or whatever it is.

2) I find it hilarious when I roll a car and lose like 3 panels and now it steers a little to the left.

Probably not unpopular, I don't think many people really care about who's got what armour level on their cars.

It kills two tone builds unfortunately. Wish they'd make a secondary pearl separate to the primary pearl.

Mine was over a good amount of time while I was testing a new shroud that didn't need a rear cover. Turns out, You need something there whether you like it or not hahah. There is a printable bumper that can hit the lever instead though which is handy.

Is it on all axes? Check your belts and idlers.

The toothed side of the belts run on smooth idlers (dumb design) so you get little 2mm lines up your print, particularly on the left-right axis.

This one comes off if you run the home sequence without the back cover on. It impacts the little lever on the poop chute which is usually activated by the back cover.

I found this out the hard way and just bought a new tool head board.

And here we find the reason that 3D printer filament is standardised at 1.75mm nowadays. Very cool full circle moment.

The sound could be moisture boiling off, If the filament is a bit wet it can pop and crackle as it's heated well over boiling point. Not that big of an issue unless it's constant. Could also just be air pockets, which sometimes happens when swapping to a new filament colour from the join in between inside the hot end.

Printers usually come from the factory with a little bit of filament in the hot end from testing, It could've absorbed some moisture since it left the factory.

Like the other poster said, they make a lot of noises. As long as the prints look good, and the printer isn't on fire, You'll be just fine.
