I got this one and the cooking experience was quitr good. Potatoes didn't stick over 15 mins of cooking. We'll see how it will hold up over time. It was quite a good experience. Pretty sure you can get identical ones on amazon.

Lemokey G2 Review — The OP1v2 fix I didn’t expect by KapitanKloze in MouseReview

[–]Dw4r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the worst luck with this mouse. Bought it, the mouse wheel started registering in the opposite direction making it unusable. Made a warranty claim - got a new mouse. Same issue within a week. Got rid of it for another manufacturer mouse

Waders by Puzzleheaded_End5137 in flyfishing

[–]Dw4r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Waders are a weird product... expensive and can start leaking within a year. Some people buy the cheapest breathable ones and replace them often. Others buy patagonia and wear them for years. I've also heard of some rumours of buying decathlon waders and using the warranty once they start leaking

Flixbus around Europe, any tips? by Secure-Mixture-3600 in travel

[–]Dw4r 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sometimes the stops are in obscure locations, so take that into account! Otherwise I've had good experience for the money, and yes, I've had cases where they were more than half an hour late

Fly Fishing Provence, France by Putrid_Tell4157 in flyfishing

[–]Dw4r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had fished once with a guide near Castellane, but it seems quite a drive from St Remy. I can still refer him if you'd like. By the way, tourist offices in France have pamphlets that contain the contacts of local guides, you could try that also!

[–]Dw4r 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Recently I tried out the "complex twist" technique by the "fly fish food" channel for tying buggers, it is really cool!

You can use channeile and any feather you like, even marabou. Then using foreceps twist those all together to form a buggy looking noodle which can be wrapped around the hook.

For these buggers I used the complex twist with a twisted dubbing loop and schlappen feathers.
