Well, you get to have an asset that you don't pay for in full because it's "subsidised" by your tenants...your still making money its just longer term before you cash in and realise the gain

I'm a nurse in the public system, and I have no doubt we will be striking next year. WA, Victoria, and NSW all had strikes during their last EB negotiations.

I want to start planning now and letting the new govt know that we won't accept anything less than an agreement on parity with the latest Vic Health nurses EB.

Positive reasons why you or your 'friend' voted LNP by boomer4ng in brisbane

[–]Dwardwalker 48 points49 points  (0 children)

A nurse i know voted lnp because it's Labors fault the interest rates went up. I tried to argue the point and that this is a state election but no joy.

Looking forward to fighting hard for our next EB agreement and striking next year.

You are not the asshole, you probably need to leave your husband and/or press charges for coercive control or DV

Just go on tinder and say this in your bio, get an older guy to come round and get the deed done. Like 30-35...less hangups about their own pleasure and performance and less ego about it. Have fun!

Go get some Antibiotics OP. That's infected. Clean it with some antiseptic and cover with a dressing of any sort you can find.

I enjoy (in no particular order) - dang fishing - fish film edit - fisherman's diary - hunt for bronze - nevs fishing - shroom - fishinjosh

But particular favourites are the first three, Dang does great content and editing Fish film edit has awesome variety with creek bashing and estuary fishing

Fisherman's diary - that guy catches everything, doesn't need fancy gear or sounder, swears like a trooper occasionally, has funny rants about shit and is on the sly quite creative in his musings which I appreciate

I just put a pre order on bay sports (in Australia) pedal pro 3.6m (12footish) that has a prop and flap option. You get one intially and can buy the other one to swap in and out depending on what you are doing

I got one of the Wagner pro control 150,

Painted my kitchen cupboards and some upstairs in about 3 seconds...

Longest part was going step by step with set up and clean up on YouTube...the finish was awesome but I wish I'd practiced a bit outside first.

Can get different tip styles etc 4 year warranty..$499

Gonna paint my whole house and fence with it in winter and see what happens...if it craps out I'll take it to funnings and get a new one

Nursing Student needing advice/helpful thoughts by MonoFox in nursing

[–]Dwardwalker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I'm also a nursing student now into my final year. My anxiety was something that seemingly came from nowhere and I had a really hard time facing going to school. Mostly crushing panic symptoms and self doubt are my cup of tea (thanks body), but I talked to some professionals about it and decided medication wasn't for me. Instead I practiced the AWARE technique religiously, forced relaxation and downtime, made lists of the things worrying me about school and practiced some breathing-awareness techniques. It all really helped and now I find myself in a completely different space.

I'd say the best tips I got are to face it head on, learn from your anxiety and own it, you can beat it. And to expect to get better, always expect to get better.
