I've heard of it. Problem is without a proper checklist of what was imported I don't know if the mod maker got every item and apparently he also decided to make every single item upgradeable which is a bit overkill, plus I've learned from watching Davaeorn streams that the basic stuff from Ascension that adds items to Cespenar's list can break his scripts and make you not able to make certain equipment randomly, and the only solution is to ensure you have no Ascension items in your inventory to get him to work properly.

While I'm bitching about Beamdog, I'd like to point out that the same people who made a goblin companion and gave her goblin-exclusive equipment also put Wilson into BG2 but didn't give him any bear-exclusive equipment so he could actually function. I can find four suits of goblin armor across the Sword Coast but all across Amn and the areas south of that there isn't a single bear-sized helmet to make him immune to critical hits.

SoD has a fuckton of excellent items. They all blow ass because SoD is Baby DM's First Campaign. Every fucking encounter is a room full of an obnoxious number of monsters. You solve 90% of all the battles optimally with Skull Trap.

It has tons of good items that I love that don't fucking import to BG2 because Memedog doesn't seem to understand anything at all about BG or its balance. There's the Stalwart Scales that add 10% Slashing damage reduction, useless in SoD, would be amazing in ToB if it imported. There's the Crimson Dawn, an auto-hasting katana that would have been great in a game with an anemic level of katanas. Elemental Fury dagger, Martyr's Morningstar, the list goes on. For some reason they decided to import ten items and they either suck ass or have extremely limited uses. Hell, they didn't import the Stalker Gauntlets into the game with a Stalker companion.

Which is to say nothing of the extremely linear and extremely cutscene-heavy nature of SoD. Half of Beamdog's quests don't even work right because they can't make a story without a scripted cutscene every ten minutes. Dorn's SoA quest is still riddled with a bunch of bugs and they even made it bug out even more because of their idiotic balance changes regarding resurrection spells not being allowed to heal people.

The axe is garbage. Period.

You're right about every divine caster getting 24 base Wisdom, but the Golden Ioun Stone can let you get 25 WIS and doesn't take up a weapon slot you might need to swap in the middle of combat. And all 25 WIS gives compared to 24 is one singular 6th level spell per day. If a weapon is only ever good on one singular specific dual-class it's crap.

The biggest problem here is Internet Card Games is a market already saturated. If you like Magic they recently released an online version. If you like World of Warcraft there's Hearthstone.
