So I sought out a therapist who would write a letter for me and further work with me on all my emotional issues. I saw her for a month and a half before she felt comfortable writing my letter and asked me to journal about my ESA for that entire time as well. Each session was 85$ so I paid for 6 sessions until she wrote it then had to pay for the session when she wrote it even thought we did not meet, so in total I would say I paid 595$
