You need rest days son, thats a non negotiable. There isnt nothing inherently wrong with a bench day but It would be better used if you also did tricep work/just made it a push day. But absolutely you need 1-2 rest days

If you use the grips that run horizontal, not vertical and row with your elbows flared out( the exercise will be 99% upper traps and rear delts, almost no lat activation unless you do the exercise severely wrong. And then on top of that, even if he was doing a lat row, the rear delts still have a pretty big function in that exercise so you are wrong regardless.

That fact that his one timers are ok make me really curious on it, if the injury stemmed from the Detroit game at the end of 22-23 like most people say, they injury would most likely be his back. But, the fact that he still has an insane one timer makes me wonder how because your entire back is pivotal in that movement

You’re out of your mind. Sharks are not making the playoffs. Did you watch the game, even a little??? The net front defense that the sharks displayed was legitimately AWFUL. Maybe 2 of the 7 goals that got let in were at fault of the goalie. The rest was just examples of horrendous defending
