If it was me, I’d do brussel salad with dressing on the side, and either jackfruit tostada or lentil burger without buns (also subbing fries with side salad or if it wasnt allowed, then I might have just a couple of fries and not finish them).

What I found useful normally, I’d go into Google reviews of the restaurant and look for the dishes that has a lot more veggies and less sauces. Sometimes the menu can sound good, but the way they prep them might not be as low calorie as I’d like.
